Sayba Spaces is looking for an experienced projects leader to take ownership of construction execution and delivery across multiple residential developments. This role calls for a leader who combines technical expertise with commercial judgement, builds accountable site teams, and drives projects to completion with a clear focus on timelines, cost, quality and safety.

Key responsibilities
Own project delivery: Lead multiple residential projects from construction planning through completion and handover, with accountability for schedules, budgets and quality. Drive execution: Translate project plans into site milestones, monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks and take timely corrective action. Lead project teams: Guide Project Managers and site teams, establish clear responsibilities and strengthen coordination across locations. Manage contractors and consultants: Oversee performance, contractual compliance, resource deployment and site productivity. Maintain cost discipline: Track budgets, cash-flow requirements and cost-to-complete; work with Procurement and Finance to control expenditure and variations. Uphold quality and safety: Ensure consistent implementation of specifications, QA/QC processes,



safety standards and applicable statutory requirements. Align stakeholders: Coordinate with Design, Planning, Procurement, Approvals, Sales and CRM to resolve dependencies and support timely, customer-focused handovers. Strengthen project oversight: Establish consistent reporting and review systems that give management explicit visibility of progress, risks and decisions required. The experience we’re looking for 20+ years of relevant experience in residential construction and project delivery, including leadership of multiple projects simultaneously. A proven record of delivering projects against committed timelines, budgets and quality standards. Strong expertise in construction planning, contractor management, cost control and site operations. Experience leading Project Managers, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams. A degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent relevant qualification.
