Role Description The Health Insurance Advisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work from home. The advisor will guide customers in selecting suitable health insurance plans, explaining product features, benefits, and exclusions in a clear and unbiased manner. Daily responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, providing policy comparisons, supporting wellness and preventive health initiatives, and assisting with onboarding and documentation. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues,



maintaining accurate records in company systems, and promoting ABHICL’s chronic care and wellness-focused products. The advisor will also participate in training sessions and stay updated on regulatory changes, product enhancements, and industry best practices. Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written interaction with diverse customer groups.
• Customer Service skills to handle queries, manage expectations, and provide empathetic, solution-oriented support.
• Ability to deliver and participate in Training related to products, processes, and health insurance regulations.
• Knowledge or experience in Health Promotion and Wellness initiatives, preferably within insurance or healthcare.
• Basic understanding of health insurance concepts, benefits, and claims processes; prior experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems, with attention to detail in documentation and data entry.
• Capability to work in a hybrid setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; qualifications in healthcare, insurance, or finance are beneficial.
