Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize campaigns to achieve better CAC and ROAS.
• Monitor campaign performance, conversions, and customer acquisition costs.
• Develop and implement A/B testing and creative optimization strategies.
• Analyze campaign data using GA4, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad campaigns.




• Identify new marketing opportunities and improve conversion rates.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable growth insights. What We're Looking For
• 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid media campaigns.
• Understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, and campaign attribution.
• Proficiency in GA4, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Experience in budget management, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
