Pune / Bangalore / Indore / Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect Snowflake Data Warehousing with 10 14 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale cloud data warehouse and Lakehouse solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Snowflake, AWS Cloud, data architecture, data modelling, ETL, and data modernization. The candidate will be responsible for defining enterprise data architecture, leading cloud migration initiatives, optimizing data platforms, and providing technical leadership across data engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance Snowflake Data Warehouse and Lakehouse solutions.
• Lead enterprise-wide data modernization initiatives and cloud data platform architecture on AWS.
• Define target-state architecture, migration strategies, and modernization roadmaps for legacy data warehouses and ETL systems.
• Establish Snowflake architecture best practices, including data modelling, clustering, performance tuning, workload optimization, and cost management.
• Design and implement scalable data ingestion, transformation, and consumption frameworks for structured and unstructured data.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, solution design, and governance across data engineering projects.
• Lead and guide data engineers, analysts, and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Work closely with business stakeholders,



product teams, and enterprise architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive CI/CD, DevOps, and automation practices for data engineering and analytics workflows.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools and modern automation technologies to accelerate architecture design, improve productivity, and optimize data platform performance. Mandatory Technical Skills
• 10+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and Data Engineering, with strong hands-on experience in solution architecture and design.
• Solid expertise in Snowflake Data Warehouse architecture and implementation.
• Experience in AWS Cloud architecture and cloud-based data platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, data migration, performance tuning, and data optimization.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, IBM DataStage, Talend, or equivalent.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
• Experience in designing enterprise data integration and data transformation solutions.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and automation practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills. Good to Have
• Experience in Python and PySpark.
• Experience in the Manufacturing domain with an understanding of manufacturing processes and data workflows.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and automation technologies.
• Experience in contemporary Lakehouse architecture and cloud data modernization programs. Certifications
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional (Preferred).
• Any relevant AWS or other technical certifications.
