Role Description This is a full-time on-site Service Engineer role based in Bharuch. The Service Engineer will perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of industrial boilers, thermic fluid heaters, steam systems, and associated equipment. Day-to-day activities include conducting field service visits, diagnosing equipment issues, performing troubleshooting, and providing technical support to customers on-site. The role involves preparing service reports, coordinating with internal teams for spare parts and upgrades, and supporting efficiency audits,



inspections, and retrofit projects. The Service Engineer will interact with customers, ensure safety and compliance standards are followed, and contribute to reliable, high-quality service delivery. Qualifications
• Ability to perform field service activities, including in office installation, commissioning, and service of industrial thermal equipment.
• Robust troubleshooting and technical support skills for boilers, heaters, burners, and steam systems.
• Experience with maintenance & repair tasks, including preventive and corrective maintenance in industrial environments.
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers, document service work, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
• Knowledge of safety standards, industrial utilities, and basic instrumentation and controls.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and specifications; familiarity with efficiency audits and inspections is an advantage.
• Prior experience in boiler, thermic fluid heater, or steam system service is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites within the region and work in industrial plant conditions.
