Role Description The Recycling Procurement Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for securing consistent and high-quality supplies of PP and PPCP recyclables. The role involves identifying and qualifying suppliers of post-consumer and post-industrial plastic waste, conducting supplier evaluations, and managing long-term procurement relationships. The manager will oversee contract negotiation and contract management, ensure compliance with company standards and regulations, and optimize cost, quality, and supply reliability. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing procurement data, monitoring market trends, coordinating with operations and quality teams, and implementing strategies to improve sourcing efficiency and sustainability. The role also requires maintaining accurate procurement records,



managing vendor performance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in the recycling supply chain. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong procurement skills, including experience in sourcing industrial or recycling materials and managing end-to-end procurement processes.
• Candidates should possess supplier evaluation and vendor management skills to assess quality, reliability, compliance, and sustainability performance.
• Candidates should possess contract negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms and ensure adherence to agreements.
• Candidates should possess analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate market trends, optimize costs, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of plastic recycling, manufacturing, or related sectors, and familiarity with PP/PPCP materials or injection molding processes is beneficial.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, quality, and finance teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in procurement or supply chain are an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in an industrial environment, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to sustainability-focused initiatives.
