Role Description This is a full-time, Purchase Executive for Civil Construction role based in the Pune Division. The Purchase Executive will manage end-to-end procurement activities for civil construction projects, including sourcing materials, inviting quotations, and negotiating with vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely supply. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and tracking purchase requisitions and purchase orders, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with project, site, and accounts teams for approvals and deliveries. The Purchase Executive will monitor inventory levels, verify material quality against specifications, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.



The position also requires maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and supporting continuous improvement in procurement processes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions, including creation, review, tracking, and documentation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management and Procurement, covering vendor sourcing, negotiation, cost control, and material planning for civil construction.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and management, and for clear reporting.
• Relevant experience in civil construction purchasing or procurement, with knowledge of building materials, construction processes, and local suppliers.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP or procurement software; familiarity with inventory management tools is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
• Robust ethical standards, analytical thinking, and a commitment to cost-effective, quality-focused purchasing practices.
