. Role Description The Insignia Relationship Manager role at RBL Bank is a full time, on-site position based in Kolkata. This role focuses on managing and deepening relationships with high-net-worth and priority banking customers, ensuring a high standard of service and personalized financial solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their banking and investment needs, recommending suitable products, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless service. The role involves regular portfolio reviews, cross-selling relevant banking and wealth management products, and monitoring customer satisfaction and retention. The Insignia Relationship Manager is also expected to maintain compliance with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and data privacy standards while representing the RBL Bank brand professionally. Qualifications
• Strong relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client partnerships.
• Experience in retail banking, wealth management, or financial services, preferably handling high-net-worth or priority segment clients.




Indepth knowledge of wealth products such as AIF,SIF,PMS,broking and Mutual funds along with Insurance basket
• Sound understanding of banking products and services, including deposits,Current accounts, loans, cards, investment and insurance offerings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficiency in basic financial analysis, portfolio review, and identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and tasks effectively.
• Comfort with using CRM systems, core banking platforms, and standard office productivity tools.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, KYC norms, and data privacy practices in the banking sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or professional certification in banking/wealth management is an advantage.
• Prior on-site client-facing experience in a branch or relationship management environment, with a focus on achieving service and business targets.
