As we expand our international footprint, we are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Bangalore and help us build lasting global partnerships in the AEC industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Market Expansion: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
• Client Engagement: Connect with potential global clients, build rapport, and accurately understand their unique technical and project requirements.
• Pitching & Proposals: Prepare and present compelling company capabilities, tailored solutions, and business proposals to prospective clients.
• Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain long-term, high-value client relationships.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Coordinate seamlessly with internal delivery and engineering teams to ensure project execution aligns with client expectations and timelines.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed established monthly and quarterly business development targets. Requirements & Qualifications
•

Experience:
1–4 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales. Experience specifically within AEC, BIM, or engineering services is highly preferred.
• Global Exposure: Prior experience dealing with international clients and navigating overseas markets.
• Communication

Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, highly resilient, and driven by targets and performance incentives.

Location:
Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
