About the role
We are a group of trading companies in Oman supplying medical, pharmaceutical, laboratory and analytical products to hospitals, government bodies and private customers. We are building our back office in Bengaluru and are looking for a proactive Operations Associate. The role works closely with our teams in Oman and with suppliers worldwide. Work

location:
Jayanagar, Bengaluru (on-site, 6 days a week, Saturday to Thursday)

Salary:
₹60,000–70,000 per month

What you'll do
• Handle order processing end to end, from purchase order to delivery, in close coordination with the Oman sales, stores and accounts teams.
• Talk to several suppliers at once to get quotations, chase order confirmations and dispatch updates, and follow up on delays.
• Prepare and check import documents: proforma invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin.
• Keep supplier, customer and item master data accurate in our ERP systems.
• Use AI tools to speed up daily work, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot for drafting, summarising, data clean-up and reports.




• Prepare daily and weekly status trackers in Excel or Google Sheets for the Oman team.
• Take on new tasks and fix bottlenecks without waiting to be asked. What we're looking for
• 3–8 years of experience in operations, order processing, procurement or supply chain coordination.
• A graduate degree (B.
Com, BBA, B.
E. or similar).
• Hands-on experience with at least one ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Zoho, Tally or similar) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Regular use of AI tools in your work.
• Transparent, confident written and spoken English, and comfort with calls and email across time zones.
• Able to juggle many open items at once and follow up without reminders. Good to have
• Experience in medical, pharmaceutical or laboratory product trading or distribution.
• Experience working with GCC customers or suppliers.
• NetSuite experience.
