About the role
To drive business growth for the Facility Management vertical by identifying recent market opportunities, acquiring clients, developing strategic relationships and converting prospects into sustainable business engagements. The role will be responsible for strengthening the FM business pipeline and contributing to revenue and profitability through effective business development initiatives.

Job Description
Business Development & Lead Generation
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Facility Management services across targeted market segments.
• Generate leads through market mapping, networking, industry interactions, references, consultants, channel partners and other relevant sources..
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, upcoming projects and emerging opportunities in the Facility Management space. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Initiate contact with prospective clients and understand their facility management requirements.




• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, clients, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and discussions to showcase the organization's Facility Management capabilities. Business Conversion & Revenue Growth
• Develop strategies for converting identified leads into business opportunities.
• Achieve defined business development and revenue targets for the Facility Management vertical.
• Track opportunity-wise status, expected revenue, conversion probability and closure timelines. Internal Coordination
• Work closely with the Facility Management operations team to understand service capabilities, capacity and client requirements.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, procurement, HR and other internal departments for successful business closure and onboarding.
• Ensure effective handover of newly acquired accounts to the operations team after business closure.
