Experience:
1–2 Years ROLE OVERVIEWG Square & Company is looking for an experienced, proactive, and organised Franchise Onboarding & Client Relationship Executive to manage franchise partner communication, coordinate the onboarding of new franchisees, and maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, assisting franchise partners with documentation and processes, handling queries, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely follow-ups throughout the franchise journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Franchise Partner Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and current franchise partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for franchise-related queries and concerns.
• Regularly communicate with franchise partners and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Understand partner requirements and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Handle feedback, concerns, and escalations professionally. 2. Franchise Onboarding & Documentation
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new franchise partners.
• Guide franchisees through onboarding procedures, company policies, and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate the collection and verification of required documents.
• Maintain accurate franchise partner records and documentation.
• Ensure smooth coordination between franchise partners and internal departments. 3. Coordination & Follow-ups
• Coordinate with operations, accounts, marketing,



and other departments to address franchise partner requirements.
• Track onboarding progress, pending documentation, and important deliverables.
• Follow up with franchise partners regarding pending tasks and updates.
• Ensure timely communication regarding company updates, processes, and requirements. 4. Reporting & Database Management
• Maintain an updated database of franchise partners.
• Track onboarding status, partner queries, and follow-up activities.
• Prepare regular reports on onboarding progress and client interactions.
• Maintain records using Google Sheets, MS Excel, and CRM tools.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of franchise-related information. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience (mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship management and client-handling abilities.
• Good coordination, follow-up, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple franchise partners and tasks simultaneously.
• Professional approach with strong problem-solving skills. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Prior experience in franchise management, franchise onboarding, client servicing, customer relationship management, or partner coordination.
• Experience in the QSR, food & beverage, retail, or franchise industry will be an added advantage.
