We aim to combine financial market expertise, technology, and customer-centric solutions to create a scalable business. We are currently looking for two committed co-founders based in Mangaluru who have a strong interest in financial markets, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the drive to build a business from the ground up. This is an opportunity to join at the founding stage, take ownership of a core business function, and contribute directly to the company's long-term growth. 1. Co-Founder – Business Strategy, Marketing & Growth

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business strategies for customer acquisition, sales, marketing, and revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities across financial services, wealth management, and fintech.
- Lead marketing initiatives, brand development, strategic partnerships, and business development.
- Build customer relationships and identify new avenues for business expansion.
- Contribute to business planning, market research, and the development of scalable business models. Preferred Qualifications
- A good understanding of financial markets, investment products, and the Indian financial services industry.
- Experience or demonstrated skills in sales, marketing, business development, or financial services.
- Robust communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and execute independently. 2. Co-Founder – Technology & Product Development

Key Responsibilities





- Lead the development of Wealthflow Capital's digital products, including its website, mobile application, and supporting technology infrastructure.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain reliable and scalable applications.
- Define the technology stack, product roadmap, and development priorities.
- Ensure application performance, security, usability, and ongoing maintenance.
- Collaborate with the business team to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions. Preferred Qualifications
- Strong hands-on knowledge of software development, mobile or web applications, and backend technologies.
- Ability to build and manage a product from the ground up.
- An interest in financial markets, fintech, investments, or wealth management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in an early-stage startup environment. ## What We Are Looking For

- The ability to commit full-time and work collaboratively as part of the founding team. Important Information Wealthflow Capital is currently at the pre-revenue stage. These are equity-based co-founder opportunities, not salaried employment positions. There is no guaranteed fixed salary at this stage. Equity participation and other founder terms will be discussed and mutually agreed upon based on the candidate's role, contribution, and commitment.
