The studio thrives on complex, material-driven projects that explore the relationship between form, function, and fabrication. Team members join a culture that values originality, experimentation, and design that makes a bold statement. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Gurugram. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings and 3D models, and collaborating with the design team to integrate architecture, interiors, and custom furniture. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, interpreting project requirements, coordinating with consultants and vendors, and ensuring that designs align with the firm’s experimental and material-focused philosophy. The role also involves overseeing project documentation, supporting site coordination, and contributing to design reviews from concept through execution.



The Architect will be expected to work closely with the core team to maintain quality, timelines, and a cohesive design narrative across projects. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concept, schematic, and detailed design packages.
• Experience with Integration of architectural elements, interiors, and furniture to create cohesive, customized design solutions.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination with stakeholders, and monitoring project progress.
• Ability to collaborate with Software Development and technology teams when needed for design visualization, workflows, or digital integrations.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar) and basic rendering tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution, with a portfolio showcasing original and material-driven work.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design intent clearly to clients and team members.
• Attention to detail, willingness to work on-site and at project locations as required, and openness to working on unconventional, challenging projects.
