Role Description This part-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist is based at NeuroDiverseClinic in Chennai. The Speech Language Pathologist will conduct assessments and provide individualized therapy for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, documenting progress, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. The role also involves educating patients, families,



and caregivers on therapy goals, home practice strategies, and communication support. Participation in case discussions, maintaining accurate clinical records, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives are essential aspects of this position. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and management of Speech disorders.
• Candidates should possess expertise in assessing and treating Dysphagia and swallowing-related conditions.
• Candidates should possess competencies in Communication Disorders and Language Disorders across age groups.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
• Relevant licensure or registration as required by local regulatory authorities.
• Experience working with pediatric and adult populations, including neurological and developmental conditions, is preferred.
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans, maintain detailed documentation, and use standardized assessment tools.
• Strong interpersonal, counseling, and collaboration skills, with a patient-centered, inclusive approach.
• Willingness to work in office in Chennai and participate in ongoing professional development.
