Role Description The Senior Student Counselor will provide expert guidance to prospective students on studying in Europe, including program selection, eligibility assessment, and application planning. In this full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, the counselor will conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions, manage student inquiries, and maintain accurate records throughout the admissions and visa process. Responsibilities include explaining university requirements, timelines, and financial considerations,



as well as coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth student journey from initial consultation to enrollment. The role also involves supporting outreach activities, participating in events and seminars, and contributing to continuous improvement of counseling processes and tools. The counselor will be expected to uphold high standards of professionalism, student-centric service, and ethical guidance at all times. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills, with experience guiding learners through academic and study abroad decisions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written interaction and the ability to explain complex information simply.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and responsiveness in handling student and parent queries.
• Candidates should possess sound knowledge of the Education domain, preferably with exposure to international or European higher education systems.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in counseling, education, psychology, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in overseas education counseling or admissions, ideally 3+ years, will be highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with proficiency in using CRM or student management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a target-driven environment and adapt to evolving processes and technology tools.
