Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalaburagi. This position is responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring timely resolution of client queries. Daily tasks include reviewing account performance, coordinating with internal teams to process applications and payments, and preparing basic reports and documentation. The role also involves educating clients about financial products, following company policies and compliance standards, and supporting local business development activities.

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial products or services and interest in working in the finance sector.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email) for daily account management tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work in office in Kalaburagi and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
• Prior experience in account management, banking, microfinance, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
