BIM Specialist / BIM Coordinator – Interior Fit-Out Role Overview Develop and coordinate BIM models for interior fit-out projects, supporting the design team and ensuring models are ready for multidisciplinary coordination and project delivery. Key Result Areas
• Interior BIM model development
• Develop interior layout and design models in Revit to the required LOD 350.
• Maintain model accuracy, consistency and alignment with the approved design intent and project requirements.
• BIM implementation planning
• Prepare a stage-wise BIM implementation plan for each project, including model development, coordination, reviews and deliverables.
• Align the plan with project milestones, team responsibilities and information requirements.
• MEP coordination readiness




• Develop and maintain models that are structured and ready for the MEP team to incorporate its services.
• Coordinate model exchanges and resolve information gaps that may affect MEP integration.
• Multidisciplinary coordination
• Coordinate with the M Moser interior design team, external MEP consultants and external BIM teams, as required.
• Support MEP modelling coordination, clash detection and resolution, and timely closure of coordination issues.
• External BIM team review
• Review models and deliverables produced by external BIM teams for accuracy, completeness and alignment with project requirements.
• Provide clear feedback and track required corrections through closure.
• Model quality and project support
• Apply strong working knowledge of Revit for interior fit-out projects.
• Maintain model quality, support design reviews and help the project team use BIM information effectively. Experience and skills
• Demonstrated experience developing Revit models for interior fit-out projects.
• Good knowledge of BIM workflows, model coordination and clash detection.
• Experience coordinating with design, MEP and external BIM teams.
• Ability to review models, identify issues and communicate corrective actions clearly.
