Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build long-term client relationships for our engineering design and CAD drafting services. The candidate will help expand our client base across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in engineering design, CAD drafting, and plant engineering services.
• Find potential clients through LinkedIn, freelancing platforms, email campaigns, and other business channels.
• Connect with engineering consultants, EPC companies, contractors, manufacturers, and industrial clients.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and service introductions.
• Respond to client inquiries and follow up on leads and proposals.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with technical teams to understand project requirements and prepare suitable proposals.
• Research market trends, competitors, and potential business sectors.
• Maintain lead databases, sales pipelines, and regular business development reports.
• Work toward lead generation,



client acquisition, and revenue targets. Required Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM tools, email outreach, and online lead-generation platforms.
• Ability to prepare professional proposals and communicate with international clients.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and follow-up skills.
• Experience in engineering services, CAD drafting, MEP, structural design, or plant engineering is preferred. Employment Details
