Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Bavla. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing order processing, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate sales records. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with customers and internal departments, tracking deliveries, handling inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and orders. The role involves monitoring sales performance data, assisting with basic reporting, and helping resolve customer issues in coordination with the sales and operations teams. The Sales Coordinator is expected to maintain clear communication,



uphold service standards, and contribute to efficient sales operations. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage orders, documentation, and internal follow-ups effectively.
• Candidates should possess skills in Sales and basic business development to support the sales team in meeting targets and identifying opportunities.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, support customers, and maintain professional relationships.
• Candidates should have proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and email tools) and basic data entry/reporting skills.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Prior experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or administrative support in a manufacturing or packaging environment is beneficial.
• A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
