About the role
We build the data and reporting behind some of the world's best-known airlines, including Finnair and Condor. As an intern, you won't be on the sidelines. You'll work on real data, in a real team, for real clients. You'll start with SQL and Power BI. You'll also see how a company moves from legacy SQL Server to a modern stack: Snowflake, dbt and Git-based deployments. We use AI tools every day to work faster and think better, and we'll teach you how. We work in a European-style culture: clear communication, mutual respect, ownership, and a healthy balance between delivery and learning. Our team follows Agile delivery with Jira, so you'll always know what you're working on, why it matters, and who to ask for help. If you perform well, this internship is designed to convert into a full-time position. What you will do
• Write and optimise SQL queries to retrieve, filter and transform business data
• Build Power BI dashboards, reports and KPIs that business users rely on
• Prepare and clean data using Power Query and validate it for accuracy
• Learn Power BI data modelling and DAX, and see how the same logic moves into dbt
• Work with SQL Server today and learn how our data is migrated to Snowflake
• Use Git for version control and take part in structured deployments
• Use AI tools to speed up analysis, documentation and problem-solving
• Join Agile ceremonies and track your work in Jira
• Work with the team to turn client requirements into clear, reliable reports What we are looking for
