Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Civil Engineer will work on designing, planning, and overseeing civil infrastructure projects, including site layout, grading, drainage, and related structural elements. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering drawings, performing technical calculations, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards. The role also involves conducting site visits, supporting project scheduling and resource planning, and collaborating with contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities to keep projects on track. The Civil Engineer will contribute to quality assurance, documentation,



and continuous improvement of engineering processes. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply engineering principles to practical site and infrastructure projects.
• Experience working as a Civil Engineer on planning and execution of civil works, including coordination with project teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage systems, and environmental considerations relevant to urban and site development.
• Proficiency in project Planning, including scheduling, resource estimation, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Familiarity with industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar) and basic understanding of relevant local codes and regulations.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and documentation.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate with diverse project partners.
