Job Title: Intern – Founder's Office (Growth & Operations)

Whitefield, Bengaluru (On-site, 6 Days/Week) Stipend: ₹10,000/month (6-Month Internship + PPO based on performance) Kents Coffee is India’s first low-acidic specialty coffee brand, and we are currently growing 100-200% every single month. We are actively expanding across D2C, quick-commerce, and offline retail. We are hiring for the Founder's Office. This is not a corporate setup where you shadow a manager. You will sit directly with the founders, wear multiple hats, and run critical parts of the business from day one. What You Will Actually Do:
• Social Media: Take full control of our Instagram. You will handle content ideation, editing, influencer collaborations, and the overall strategy to build a massive, engaged community.
• E-Commerce & Quick-Commerce: Manage our storefronts and scale our ad accounts across Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, and Meta. You will handle everything from organizing product photoshoots to updating catalogs and driving sales.
• Operations & Supply Chain: Run the physical backend.
You will manage inventory, coordinate between our warehouse and retail partners, and solve operational roadblocks as our daily order volumes spike. What We Are Looking For:
• Experience Required: 0. You just need the curiosity and enthusiasm to work in an early-stage startup and scale alongside it.
• Degrees Do Not Matter: B.
Tech, BBA, BA, or dropout—it makes no difference to us. We only care about your ability to execute, learn quick, and get the job done.
