About the OpportunityHumanova is seeking experienced Generative AI Trainers (Technical and Business) for a 40-day corporate training engagement in Chennai. We are looking for professionals who can deliver structured, practical, and engaging training sessions that help participants understand and apply Generative AI in technical and business environments. Candidates may specialize in either Technical Gen AI or Business Gen AI training.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver instructor-led Generative AI training sessions.
• Conduct hands-on workshops using relevant AI tools, platforms, and frameworks.
• Customize training content based on participants' technical knowledge, business functions, and learning objectives.
• Demonstrate real-world Gen AI applications through practical exercises and industry use cases.
• Assess participant understanding and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes.
• Prepare relevant training materials, exercises, and assessments. Required Expertise1. Technical Gen AI Trainer
• Solid understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
• Practical experience with Python, AI APIs, and relevant Gen AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and workflow automation.
• Ability to demonstrate AI application development and practical implementation.
• Experience conducting hands-on technical training for corporate professionals. 2. Business Gen AI Trainer
• Strong understanding of Generative AI applications across business functions.




• Experience training non-technical professionals on AI adoption and productivity tools.
• Knowledge of AI-powered business automation, process optimization, and decision support.
• Ability to explain practical business use cases across HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other functions.
• Understanding of responsible AI usage, data privacy, and organizational AI adoption. Qualifications & Experience
• Demonstrated experience delivering corporate training in Generative AI or related areas.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to engage professionals with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Experience delivering customized corporate learning programs.
• Relevant industry experience and professional certifications are an advantage.
• Trainers based in Chennai will be given preference. Compensation & Engagement Details
• Daily Professional Fee: ₹8,000
