Content Creator & Influencer Marketing Intern Brand: XTREMEX

1–3 Years About XTREMEX XTREMEX is a growing streetwear and lifestyle apparel brand focused on creating trend-driven, high-quality fashion. We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual who can manage our social media presence, create engaging content, build influencer relationships, and drive brand awareness through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Production
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, stories, and social media content.
• Develop creative concepts for product launches, weekly drops, promotional campaigns, and brand storytelling.
• Shoot fashion, lifestyle, product, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Create UGC-style videos, styling videos, product showcases, and trend-based content.
• Write engaging hooks, scripts, captions, and content ideas.
• Coordinate model shoots, product shoots, and campaign productions.
• Stay updated with viral trends and emerging content formats. 2. Social Media Management
• Manage XTREMEX's Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
• Schedule and publish posts, Reels, Stories, and campaign content.
• Manage community engagement, including comments, DMs, and audience interactions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and follower growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve social media presence and brand awareness. 3. Influencer Marketing & Collaborations
• Identify and onboard relevant fashion, fitness, lifestyle, and micro-influencers.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns and collaborations.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate product gifting,



barter collaborations, and paid influencer campaigns.
• Manage influencer outreach through Instagram, email, and other platforms.
• Track influencer deliverables, content quality, reach, engagement, and campaign performance.
• Develop long-term influencer partnerships to strengthen XTREMEX's brand presence.
• Coordinate affiliate and creator-led promotional campaigns. 4. Marketing & Brand Growth
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to create content for Meta Ads.
• Develop creative concepts and hooks for high-converting ad creatives.
• Assist in product launches, festive campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Analyze content performance and identify successful formats.
• Contribute innovative ideas to grow XTREMEX organically across digital platforms. Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or influencer marketing.
• Robust understanding of Instagram, Reels, and social media trends.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative skills.
• Experience in influencer outreach and collaboration management.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or VN.
• Ability to shoot content using cameras or smartphones.
• Understanding of fashion, streetwear, fitness, and lifestyle content.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• A portfolio of previous work is preferred. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with D2C, fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience managing brand social media accounts.
• Experience executing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of UGC and creator-led marketing.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and campaign reporting.
