Hiring: IT Technical Programme Manager Practice Area: Business Consulting Employment Type: Permanent Job Overview Capco is looking for an experienced IT Technical Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end technology delivery of a major office relocation and workplace transformation programme in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects, office relocation programmes, enterprise connectivity, workplace technology, physical security systems and smart building integration. The role involves working closely with IT teams, facilities, construction partners, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure seamless technology implementation, business continuity and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end IT programme delivery, from planning and infrastructure design to implementation, testing, migration and operational handover.
• Manage enterprise IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, telecommunications, structured cabling and network connectivity.
• Oversee MDF/IDF room setup, data centre infrastructure and resilient connectivity solutions.
• Manage end-user computing, workplace technology and collaboration solutions.
• Coordinate meeting room technology, video conferencing and unified communications deployments.
• Oversee physical security systems, including access control, CCTV and related technology integrations.
• Drive smart building technology integration in collaboration with facilities and construction teams.
• Manage programme governance, budgets, project timelines, vendors, risks, issues and dependencies.




• Develop integrated project plans and track key milestones and deliverables.
• Provide regular programme updates, executive reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure infrastructure readiness, security compliance, testing and smooth operational transition.
• Maintain business continuity throughout the office relocation process. Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as an IT Technical Programme Manager / IT Programme Manager / Senior IT Project Manager.
• Solid experience in large-scale IT infrastructure and office relocation programmes.
• Hands-on programme management exposure across:
• Enterprise Networking – LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi
• IT Infrastructure and Connectivity
• Structured Cabling and MDF/IDF
• Telecommunications and Unified Communications
• End User Computing (EUC)
• Meeting Room and AV Technologies
• Physical Security – CCTV and Access Control
• Smart Building Integration
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience managing project budgets, risks, dependencies and delivery timelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication and executive reporting skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple technical teams and external partners. Preferred Candidate Profile
• Candidates with experience delivering corporate office relocation or workplace transformation programmes will be highly preferred.
• Experience working with construction, facilities management and technology vendors.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture and infrastructure deployment.
