– Principal Salesforce Solution Architect Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Principal Salesforce Solution Architect with strong expertise in system design, enterprise architecture, and complex system integrations. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in designing scalable enterprise applications across multiple technology platforms, along with a positive understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) architecture and its integration capabilities. We are looking for a technology-agnostic architect who can independently design end-to-end solutions, evaluate different technologies, define integration strategies, and solve complex enterprise integration challenges. The role is not limited to Salesforce-specific architecture.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and system design for complex enterprise applications.
• Design scalable, secure, reliable, and high-performing solutions across multiple technology platforms.
• Define integration architecture and strategies for connecting Salesforce with ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, databases, legacy applications, and third-party systems.
• Identify and implement appropriate enterprise integration patterns based on business and technical requirements.
• Design RESTful APIs, SOAP services, microservices, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous integration solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend suitable technologies, frameworks, middleware, and integration platforms.
• Drive architectural decisions involving distributed systems, cloud-native applications, and enterprise platforms.
• Identify technical challenges and provide effective solutions for complex system-to-system integrations.
• Establish architecture standards,



reusable integration frameworks, design principles, and technical governance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, product owners, and technology leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct architecture reviews, and guide development teams on implementation best practices.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, availability, performance, security, and maintainability. Required Technical Skills
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, technical architecture, or enterprise architecture.
• Solid expertise in system design, solution architecture, and end-to-end technical design.
• Good understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) architecture, platform capabilities, data models, APIs, security, and integration capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and architectural principles.
• Experience designing complex integrations across Salesforce and non-Salesforce platforms.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP services, API gateways, middleware, and messaging systems.
• Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, WSO2, IBM Integration Bus, or equivalent technologies.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, event-driven architecture, asynchronous messaging, and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of API security, OAuth 2.0, authentication, authorization, and enterprise security standards.
• Ability to evaluate different technology options and design solutions for complex business and technical challenges.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
