You will implement FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable and ensure appropriate storage, handling, labelling and identification of inventory. Maintaining warehouse discipline, stock accuracy and material accountability will be a key responsibility. Multi-Location Inventory Management You will monitor inventory availability across all operational studios and ensure uninterrupted supply of essential materials and consumables. You will establish standard inventory requirements for each studio based on its size, format and consumption patterns, while coordinating stock transfers and replenishment between locations. You will conduct periodic inventory audits across studios, investigate discrepancies and ensure that all studio teams follow standard inventory reporting and stock management procedures. You will proactively identify recurring stock shortages, excess consumption and inventory losses and implement corrective measures to improve overall inventory efficiency. New Studio & Expansion Inventory Planning You will be responsible for planning inventory and equipment requirements for approximately 20 new studio openings annually. You will ensure that all essential materials, equipment, furniture and operational supplies are available before each studio launch. You will develop and maintain standard inventory and asset checklists for different studio formats, coordinate inventory allocation and movement for new locations and ensure that inventory readiness is aligned with the company's expansion calendar. Inventory Audits, Controls & Reporting You will conduct monthly physical stock verification and reconcile inventory against system records to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy. You will ensure complete documentation of stock receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments and returns while tracking inventory losses, damages,
shortages and excess stock. You will prepare monthly dashboards covering inventory value, stock ageing, consumption, stock-outs and replenishment trends. You will continuously identify opportunities to optimise inventory holding costs and reduce wastage. You will also maintain a centralised asset register covering purchase details, allocation, location, condition and warranty information, ensuring that all inventory and asset records remain accurate and audit-ready. Systems, Process & Team Management You will implement and maintain inventory management systems and standard operating procedures to establish consistency across all locations. You will drive inventory digitisation and real-time stock visibility, ensuring clear accountability for stock handling and reporting at studio and warehouse levels. You will lead, train and develop the Warehouse Executive while coordinating with Procurement and Finance to align purchasing requirements with actual inventory needs. You will continuously identify opportunities to improve inventory processes, strengthen controls and build a scalable inventory management function that supports the organisation's expansion. What We're Looking For You should hold a graduate degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, Operations or Materials Management, with 6–10 years of relevant experience in inventory management, warehouse operations or supply chain management. At least two years of experience independently managing inventory across a multi-location business is expected. You should have proven experience managing central warehouses and distributed inventory operations, along with a robust understanding of inventory planning, stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, GRN, stock audits and warehouse processes. Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems and reporting dashboards is essential. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify inventory inefficiencies, reduce stock losses and establish effective inventory controls. The ideal candidate should be comfortable establishing processes, maintaining accurate records and driving operational discipline across multiple locations.
