Role Description The Cluster Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jabalpur, responsible for overseeing a group of stores within the assigned cluster. The role focuses on driving sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence while maintaining high standards of customer experience and food quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring store performance metrics, planning and executing local initiatives, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, and implementing company policies and standard operating procedures. The Cluster Manager leads and supports store managers and teams, ensuring effective staffing,



training, and performance management, along with compliance to safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements. This role also involves close coordination with cross-functional teams, using data and insights to improve operations, optimize costs, and contribute to long-term business goals. Qualifications
