About Us
Urbane Decor (M H Deco LLP) is a premium architectural surfaces brand for interiors and exteriors, with 2,400+ projects delivered across India. Architects, interior designers, developers, dealers and homeowners come to us for their projects. The Role You will handle around 5 to 10 recent enquiries a day, plus the follow-ups on every open one. We care about depth more than volume: each enquiry is a person with a real project and a deadline. This is a new role, so you will shape how it works. Job Details

• Full-Time, Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm, one Saturday off a month

salary:
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on your experience
• Incentive on every order: earned on top of your salary for each order that comes from your leads, and paid once the client's payment is received. The more orders your leads bring, the more you earn. We share the incentive structure at interview. What You'll Own: Respond
• Reply to every new enquiry from the website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta ads, Google Business Profile, Justdial and phone calls
• Read the full chat history first, so nobody has to repeat themselves
• Handle replies from our outreach to architects, designers and developers on LinkedIn, email and BNI What You'll Own: Connect
• Pick up the phone rather than only texting. Learn who they are, the space, the area in sq ft, the project stage, the city and the timeline
• Give designers, architects,



dealers and bulk buyers priority
• Send the right catalogue, arrange samples and book Experience Centre visits
• Hand serious buyers to the sales team with a complete brief, and confirm the handover What You'll Own: Follow Through
• Keep following up until there is a clear yes or no, then close the lead politely
• Keep every promise made to a lead, and check stock, price and delivery with the team before you make one
• Log every lead, call and outcome the same day in our tracker and CRM, and fill in a short daily scorecard
• Use our AI-assisted worklist and draft replies, and apply your own judgment before anything goes out
• Tell us each week which channels bring real buyers and what customers keep asking for Your First 90 Days
• Days 1–30: Learn the full range at our Experience Centre, sit in on calls, and start replying to new enquiries with support.
• Days 31–60: Own all new enquiries yourself, and work through older open enquiries one by one.
• Days 61–90: Hit the targets below every week, and bring us one idea that improves how we handle leads. How We'll Measure You
• First reply within 30 minutes during

• A real conversation with at least 1 in 2 new leads within 2 working days




• Every open lead has a status and a next follow-up date, every day
• Samples, Experience Centre visits and quotations that come from your leads What We're Looking For
• 1+ years in inside sales, telecalling, customer support or lead handling. We will teach you the products, so industry experience is a plus and not a must
• A warm, confident phone voice in English and Hindi (Marathi or Gujarati a plus)
• Clear, polite written replies on WhatsApp and Instagram
• Good with Google Sheets, and organised enough to hold many conversations without dropping one
• Bonus: you have spoken with architects or designers, used a CRM such as Odoo or Zoho, or simply love interiors Not For You If

• You prefer copy-paste replies to reading what the person actually wrote
