Role Description: We are seeking an experienced and responsible production cum quality supervisor for our product
- PP Woven. An ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PP woven sack manufacturing and robust supervisory skills to manage manpower, production schedules, quality standards, and dispatch operations and be open to work night shift (6:30 pm to 3 am) on need basis. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating production activities, monitoring workforce performance, maintaining quality standards for each item, and ensuring smooth communication between production and management teams. Key Role & Responsibilities •⁠ ⁠Strictly ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout the day. •⁠ ⁠Organize and allocate manpower, manpower according to daily production requirements. •⁠ ⁠Closely monitor employee and process productivity. •⁠ ⁠Supervise and coordinate contractor manpower and workflow. •⁠ ⁠Ensure production targets are achieved within planned timelines.



•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods. •⁠ ⁠Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, damages, or excess stock. •⁠ ⁠Ensure timely dispatch of finished products as per schedule. •⁠ ⁠Monitor loading and unloading operations. •⁠ ⁠Verify dispatch documentation and shipment records. Machine Monitoring & Maintenance Coordination •⁠ ⁠Monitor machine performance, efficiency, and production output. •⁠ ⁠Report machine breakdowns immediately to the maintenance department and management. •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure timely repairs. •⁠ ⁠Minimize downtime through proactive monitoring and follow-up. Reporting & Compliance •⁠ ⁠Prepare and submit daily production reports to the Production Manager. •⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with factory rules, safety standards, and company policies. •⁠ ⁠Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and housekeeping throughout the production area. Qualifications •⁠ ⁠Ability to read effectively in English. •⁠ ⁠Own and use a smartphone, and Whatsapp account. •⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of production reporting and documentation. •⁠ ⁠Understanding of factory operations, safety procedures, and manufacturing practices. Experience •⁠ ⁠Preferred
- 4–5 years of experience in PP Woven Sacks manufacturing. •⁠ ⁠Experience in quality control, production planning, and shop-floor management will be an added advantage. Reporting To – Management / Factory Manager Employment Type – Full Time
