About the Role
We are looking for energetic and confident Delegate Acquisition Executives to connect and network with senior business leaders and invite them to our conferences, summits, and award programs across India. Fresh college graduates (Class of 2024, 2025 and 2026) are welcome to apply. Full training will be provided, and the ideal candidate will have fluent English and excellent communication skills. ⚠️ Apply only if you are good in communication. This is a work-from-office role, Monday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities
• Connect and network with CIOs, CXOs, and senior leaders from leading organizations.
• Invite and engage professionals to attend UBS Forums conferences and events.
• Understand delegate requirements and explain the value of each event.




• Follow up with prospects and confirm their registrations.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and leads in the CRM.
• Build and maintain strong qualified relationships with delegates.
• Achieve monthly delegate acquisition targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to deliver successful events. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Graduate in any stream (BCom, BBA, BMS, BA, BSc, MBA, or similar).
• Confidence in connecting and networking with professionals.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn, take targets, and grow in B2B sales.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ready to work from office, Monday to Saturday.
