Hiring: IT ManagerMind & Brain Hospital | Bengaluru Mind & Brain Hospital is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Manager to manage the hospital's IT infrastructure, software applications, hardware systems and technical support operations. We are looking for someone with strong technical knowledge, good communication skills and the ability to train and support employees across different departments.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the hospital's IT infrastructure, including computers, laptops, printers, networking, Wi-Fi and other hardware.
• Handle installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Manage hospital software applications, including HMS/HMIS, HRMS, attendance and other operational systems.
• Coordinate with software vendors and service providers for technical support and issue resolution.
• Provide user training and guidance to employees on hospital software and IT systems.
• Conduct basic IT orientation and regular training sessions for staff.
• Ensure smooth functioning of systems across all hospital departments.
• Maintain IT assets, software licences, user access and technical documentation.
• Ensure regular data backup, system security and access control.




• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution with minimum disruption to hospital operations. Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of both hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of computer systems, LAN, WAN, networking, Wi-Fi and printers.
• Experience in managing hospital management software (HMS/HMIS) or other enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good employee training and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language to non-technical employees.
• Robust problem-solving, coordination and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple IT requirements across departments. Eligibility
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Relevant experience in IT support, system administration or IT management.
• Hospital or healthcare industry experience will be an added advantage.
