Role Description The Plant Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at RegenPlastics’ facility in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing all plant-level HR activities, including recruitment and onboarding of shop-floor and supervisory staff, managing attendance and payroll inputs, and administering benefits and HR policies. The Plant HR Manager will handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary processes, while promoting a positive, inclusive work environment and solid engagement across shifts. Daily responsibilities include coordinating training and development programs, supporting health and safety initiatives,



ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and reports for plant leadership. Qualifications
• Strong skills in plant-level HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and payroll coordination.
• Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, discipline management, and building an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and health, safety, and workplace regulations relevant to manufacturing environments.
• Ability to design and implement training, performance management, and development programs for shop-floor and supervisory teams.
• Proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software, MS Office (especially Excel), and accurate record-keeping and reporting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with plant operations and leadership.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience as an HR professional in manufacturing, recycling, or industrial operations; experience in a green or sustainability-focused business is an advantage.
