About the Role
We are looking for a Legal Advisor with 3+ years of experience to join our fintech business. The role will involve handling day-to-day legal matters, reviewing commercial agreements, supporting regulatory compliance, and advising internal teams on legal and contractual risks. The ideal candidate should have solid contract management skills and an interest or experience in fintech, payments, digital assets, cryptocurrency, or technology-driven businesses.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide legal support and advice on day-to-day business and operational matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology-related agreements.
• Review NDAs, service agreements, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, client contracts, and other legal documents.
• Identify and communicate contractual, regulatory, and commercial risks to management.
• Conduct legal research and monitor relevant changes in fintech and financial-services regulations.
• Support the company on KYC, AML, data privacy, payments, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Assist with legal documentation for new products, services, partnerships, and business initiatives.
• Coordinate with external lawyers and legal consultants on specialized matters.
• Assist with legal notices, disputes, claims, and litigation matters.
• Maintain proper records of contracts, legal documents,



renewals, and important legal deadlines.
• Support internal teams in ensuring that business activities are aligned with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare legal opinions, summaries, risk assessments, and recommendations for management.

B. or equivalent law degree.
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in Fintech / Payments / Financial Services / Technology / Blockchain / Crypto is preferred.
• Strong experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Good understanding of commercial and corporate legal matters.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with business teams. Preferred Experience Candidates with exposure to any of the following will have an advantage:
