Customer Support Intern Brand: XTREMEX

NSP, Pitampura, Recent Delhi About XTREMEX XTREMEX is a growing streetwear and lifestyle apparel brand. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Intern to assist customers with their queries, order-related concerns, returns, exchanges, and overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone calls.
• Assist customers with order tracking, delivery updates, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team regarding order status and shipping issues.
• Assist customers with product details, sizing, availability, and purchase-related queries.
• Manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of complaints and resolutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
• Handle RTO (Return to Origin), COD, and delivery-related queries.
• Maintain a polite, skilled, and customer-friendly approach.




• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team or manager.
• Help improve customer satisfaction and the overall shopping experience. Requirements
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
• Patience, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Preferred Skills
• Basic understanding of e-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business and customer support tools.
• Previous internship or experience in customer service is an advantage.
