Manager / Senior Manager | Growth Office | NOIDA, Delhi NCR (2-3 days work from office) ROLE MANDATE: Improve front-end effectiveness by driving and sustaining changes in sales processes, behaviors, skills and ways of working, increasingly enabled by AI. This is a business-transformation role with strong organizational change management capability, not a communications-and-training coordination role. The Senior Manager will diagnose what needs to change, shape practical adoption strategies, activate stakeholders, and assess whether changes in process, technology and capability are producing the intended business outcomes. Description Primary outcomes 1. Front-end transformation and effectiveness Translate business priorities and AI-enabled opportunities into clear implications for sales roles, workflows, handoffs, behaviors and skills. Diagnose whether gaps arise from process, capability, technology, data, leadership reinforcement or adoption. 2. Process-change impact Establish current-state baselines, define the intended future state and track whether redesigned processes are improving quality, speed, consistency and user experience. Separate activity measures from evidence of behavioral and operational change. 3. AI tool and workflow adoption Drive role
- and persona-based adoption for platforms used by the sales organization, including Salesforce, Agentforce, SALESpad and the Market Intelligence Platform. Focus on integration into daily workflows, not stand-alone awareness campaigns. 4. Stakeholder ownership and reinforcement Build sponsor alignment, manager reinforcement, change networks and transparent ownership across Sales Leadership, Growth Office, Sales Operations, Capability Development, Technology, Data & AI and solution teams. 5. Scalable change practice Create reusable diagnostic, impact-assessment, communication, readiness,
adoption and measurement approaches that can be applied across multiple Growth Office initiatives. The person who will succeed
• Business-outcome led: starts with the effectiveness problem, not the change-management deliverables.
• AI-first but human-centered: anticipates how AI changes work while addressing trust, confidence, role clarity and cognitive friction.
• Diagnostic and evidence-oriented: distinguishes symptoms from root causes and tests whether the intervention worked.
• Influential without authority: creates shared ownership in a matrix and constructively challenges one-size-fits-all requests.
• Hands-on and strategic: can shape an enterprise approach and personally facilitate discovery, design a plan, analyze results and brief leaders.
• Comfortable with ambiguity: brings structure to evolving tools, processes and stakeholder expectations without waiting for perfect information. Responsibilities
• Lead discovery with sellers, sales leaders and enabling functions to understand pain points, workflow friction, stakeholder needs and readiness for change.
• Map current and future-state journeys, roles, decision points and handoffs across priority front-end processes.
• Conduct stakeholder, change-impact, readiness and resistance assessments; convert findings into a segmented change plan.
• Design persona-based adoption journeys for senior leaders, middle management, sellers, account teams and sales-support teams.
• Partner with process and technology owners to make the new behavior easier within the workflow, rather than relying only on communications or training.
• Create sponsor and manager activation plans, champion networks, listening mechanisms and reinforcement cadences.
• Define leading and lagging measures across awareness, readiness, usage, behavior, process performance and business outcomes.
• Use qualitative feedback, platform data, Salesforce data and process measures to identify friction and adapt the intervention.
• Produce concise, leadership-ready narratives on adoption, risks, decisions required and evidence of impact.
• Work as part of a pod with Sales Transformation & Enablement and Client/Market Intelligence colleagues, while maintaining clear ownership for change and adoption. Qualifications
• 8+ years of relevant experience, with substantial ownership of enterprise change, workforce transformation, digital adoption, process transformation or human-capital advisory programs.
• Demonstrated work with commercial, sales, account-management or other front-office populations in a complex global organization.
• Experience translating technology or AI implementation into role, process, behavior and operating-model change.
• Hands-on use of change-impact, stakeholder, readiness, resistance, adoption and benefit-realization methods. PROSCI/ADKAR, Kotter, design thinking, Lean or process-improvement credentials are useful but are not substitutes for evidence.
• Comfort using CRM, platform-usage, workflow and employee-listening data to diagnose adoption and assess impact. Salesforce exposure is strongly preferred.
• Working understanding of Data, Analytics, Generative AI and Agentic AI in enterprise settings.
• Excellent facilitation, executive communication, structured problem solving and program management capability.
