You'll build campaigns, write the copy, own the creative strategy, read the data, and scale what works. This role will advance your career by 10 years. What you'll do
• Own Meta campaigns end to end: structure, budgets, creative testing, scaling
• Write ad copy daily. Hooks, scripts, statics. Copy is half this job
• Own creative strategy: decide what angles, formats, and hooks to test, brief designers and editors, build testing matrices, spot fatigue before it kills performance
• Optimize for lead quality, not cheap CPLs. We track what subscribers do after they sign up
• Work rapid. We ship ads daily,



not weekly What you need
• 2+ years hands-on Meta ads experience
• Managed $50K+/month on a single ad account yourself
• You write copy as a core part of your job, with proof
• Proven creative strategy
