Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior IAM Architect with strong expertise in Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) to lead the design, architecture, implementation, and optimization of enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in architecting enterprise-scale IAM solutions, developing identity governance frameworks, implementing access management strategies, and integrating complex enterprise applications. The role requires solid technical ownership, architectural decision-making capabilities, and the ability to independently drive IAM transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
1. IAM Architecture & Solution Design
• Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Define IAM strategies, reference architectures, technical roadmaps, and implementation standards.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient identity governance and access management solutions.
• Drive IAM modernization and transformation initiatives across enterprise environments.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to IAM engineering and implementation teams. 2. Saviynt – Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and architecture of Saviynt IGA solutions.
• Design and implement identity lifecycle management, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes.
• Configure access certifications, access reviews, segregation of duties (SoD), and access request workflows.
• Develop and manage application onboarding, role management, entitlement management, and provisioning workflows.
• Design integrations between Saviynt and enterprise applications, directories, and HR systems.
• Troubleshoot complex integration, provisioning, and governance-related issues. 3.



Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Architect and implement Microsoft Entra ID solutions for enterprise identity and access management.
• Design and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and Identity Protection.
• Implement identity federation, authentication protocols, and access management policies.
• Configure and manage Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) capabilities.
• Design hybrid identity solutions integrating on-premises Active Directory with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Implement secure identity integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM. 4. Integration & Security
• Architect integrations between Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, HR platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Establish identity governance and access control frameworks aligned with enterprise security requirements.
• Drive Zero Trust identity security initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, audit requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
• Identify IAM security gaps and recommend architectural improvements. 5. Technical Leadership
• Own end-to-end technical delivery of IAM architecture and implementation initiatives.
• Collaborate with security architects, infrastructure teams, application owners, and business stakeholders.
• Review technical designs, implementation plans, and integration approaches.




• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical direction.
• Lead architecture discussions, solution reviews, and technical workshops. Required Technical Skills
• Strong hands-on and architectural experience in Saviynt IGA.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Enterprise IAM architecture and implementation.
• Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
• Identity Lifecycle Management (JML).
• Access Certification and Access Reviews.
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC).
• Segregation of Duties (SoD).

• Active Directory and Azure AD / Entra ID integration.
• SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and SCIM.

• IAM automation and integration capabilities. Experience & Qualifications
• 10–15 years of overall experience in Identity and Access Management, Information Security, or related domains.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise IAM architecture and solution design.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Saviynt IGA implementations.
• Proven experience architecting and implementing Microsoft Entra ID solutions.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise IAM transformation and integration projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, technical communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant Saviynt or Microsoft security certifications will be an added advantage. Preferred Certifications
• Saviynt Certified Professional (where applicable).
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert.
• Relevant IAM or Information Security certifications.
