Role Description The Placement The executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The Placement Executive will coordinate campus recruitment activities, build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, and facilitate job and internship opportunities for students across various disciplines. Daily responsibilities include engaging with employers, organizing placement drives and pre-placement talks, preparing and updating student placement records, and guiding learners on resume building, interview preparation, and skilled etiquette. The role also involves collaborating with academic and training teams, including RAHE, to align soft skills and career-readiness programs with industry needs and employer expectations. The Placement Executive will continuously track placement outcomes and provide reports and insights to leadership for improving overall placement performance. Qualifications

• Ability to manage end-to-end job placements, including coordination of campus drives, employer engagement, and student placement support.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities to work effectively with students, faculty, and recruiters.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for conducting presentations, counseling sessions, and professional correspondence.
• Customer service orientation to address student and employer queries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive placement experience.
• Experience in training or facilitation, particularly in soft skills, interview preparation, and career guidance for students.
