Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Product Development and NPD activities.
• Drive product strategy, innovation, design, validation, and industrialization.
• Manage cross-functional engineering and product development teams.
• Oversee APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, DVP&R;, and engineering change management.
• Drive value engineering, cost optimization, and product quality improvements.




• Manage customer relationships, technical discussions, and global development programs.
• Ensure successful product launches within defined timelines and budgets. Desired Candidate Profile:
• 15–20 years of experience in Product Development / Engineering / R&D.;
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong exposure to Automotive / Auto Components / EV / Electronics / Manufacturing.
• Proven experience in New Product Development and customer-facing projects.
