Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BIM Modeler MEP role based in Noida. The BIM Modeler MEP will develop and manage detailed 3D MEP models in BIM software, ensuring coordination between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and other disciplines. Daily tasks include interpreting design drawings, applying relevant codes and standards, modeling accurate equipment and routes, and updating models based on design changes and stakeholder feedback. The role involves preparing clash detection reports, supporting construction documentation, and collaborating closely with engineers, architects,



and project managers to maintain model quality and data integrity. The BIM Modeler MEP will also help optimize installation sequences and contribute to project timelines and cost efficiency. Qualifications
• Strong BIM modeling skills for MEP systems using industry-standard tools (e.g., Revit MEP, Navisworks, or similar).
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design principles and relevant building codes and standards.
• Experience in creating coordinated 3D models, performing clash detection, and supporting construction documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and convert them into accurate BIM models.
• Attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and commitment to health, safety, and environmental considerations.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary project teams in office.
• Proficiency in basic office and collaboration software (e.g., MS Office, model-sharing platforms) and digital workflows.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or Building Services engineering; prior experience in BIM/MEP modeling is an advantage.
