Role Description The Team Lead – Talent Acquisition is a full time, on-site role based in Kottayam, responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities for the dealership. This role involves managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers and onboarding. The Team Lead will partner with department heads to understand staffing needs, develop role profiles, and ensure timely hiring for sales, service, and support positions. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining recruitment pipelines, overseeing employer branding initiatives, managing recruitment platforms, and tracking key hiring metrics.



The role also involves improving recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and aligning talent acquisition practices with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process.
• Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring, with the ability to assess candidate fit and support fair, structured selection decisions.
• Candidates should possess experience in Employer Branding, including promoting the organization’s value proposition and managing its presence across recruitment channels.
• Candidates should possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to work effectively with hiring managers and team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in retail, automotive, or similar service-oriented environments.
• Ability to work in office in Kottayam, manage multiple hiring priorities, and use HR and recruitment software tools efficiently.
