Key Responsibilities
Assess customer data sources, data quality, consent data, and audience readiness. Design audience segmentation and engagement scoring models. Define Customer 360 and Data Cloud strategy to unify customer profiles. Establish segmentation, suppression, and audience lifecycle management processes. Design data flows between MCAE, CRM, Data Cloud, and external platforms. Define re-engagement, sunset, and subscriber hygiene strategies. Support audience selection for IP warm-up based on engagement and deliverability criteria. Identify opportunities for AI-driven audience selection and optimisation
