Working Hours
45 hours per week | 6 days a week About Sportball India Sportball is a 30-year internationally trusted multi-sport program that helps children develop physical literacy and a lifelong love for sports. Our research-backed curriculum introduces children aged 16 months to 12 years to 10 different sports through structured, age-appropriate and engaging activities. We focus on developing confidence, coordination, fundamental movement skills, teamwork and social development. Role OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and passionate male and female coaches who enjoy working with children and have an interest in sports, fitness and child development. As a Sportball Coach, you will be responsible for delivering engaging multi-sport sessions, encouraging children to participate, and creating a safe, positive and enjoyable learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct structured multi-sport sessions for children aged 16 months to 12 years.
• Deliver age-appropriate sports activities following the Sportball curriculum.
• Teach fundamental movement skills such as running, jumping, throwing, catching, kicking and balancing.
• Encourage teamwork, confidence, participation and positive social interactions.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and energetic environment during sessions.




• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's participation and development.
• Prepare and maintain sports equipment and session materials.
• Work collaboratively with fellow coaches and the management team.
• Participate in coach training, workshops and professional development activities. Eligibility & Requirements
• Candidates from Sports, Physical Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Kinesiology or related backgrounds are welcome.
• Passion for working with children.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Patience and the ability to engage children of different age groups.
• Willingness to learn and undergo Sportball's coaching training.
• Previous coaching or teaching experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
