About the role
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with deep Salesforce testing expertise to own quality across our CRM and revenue platforms. You will validate complex sales, service, and quoting workflows, and build automation that gives us confidence in every release. Responsibilities
• Design and execute test strategies for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ
• Test CPQ pricing rules, product bundles, discounting, approvals, quote-to-order, and billing flows
• Validate Flows, Apex triggers, validation rules, and third-party integrations
• Build and maintain Selenium automation frameworks and regression suites
• Perform API testing (REST/SOAP) and data validation across integrated systems
• Lead UAT, sandbox testing, and release validation
• Log, triage, and track defects, working closely with developers, admins, and product owners




• Mentor junior QA engineers and improve testing standards Required skills
• 3+ years in QA, with 2+ years in Salesforce testing
• Strong hands-on experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud
• Solid Selenium automation experience (Java or Python preferred)
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and sandbox/release processes
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman
• Familiarity with Jira, CI/CD pipelines, and Git Nice to have
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, CPQ Specialist, or similar)
• Experience with Provar, Copado, or Tricentis
• SQL or SOQL skills
