Key Responsibilities
• Visit schools, colleges, coaching centres and local areas to promote educational courses.
• Generate leads through field visits, campaigns and networking.
• Meet students and parents to explain courses, fees and admission opportunities.
• Counsel and convince prospective students to take admission.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Build relationships with teachers, principals and local influencers.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and admission targets.




• Maintain daily visit records and sales reports.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development or Admissions.
• Education-sector experience will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Knowledge of Punjabi and Hindi; working English preferred.
• Good knowledge of the local Punjab market.
• Comfortable with daily field visits and travelling.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
