About the Role
We are building our content team and hiring across multiple content functions in Indore and Mumbai. You will create high-converting, brand-true content across Meta, Google, our website, marketplaces, influencer campaigns and packaging. You will turn product features and consumer insights into stories that drive clicks, engagement and conversions, while protecting Kimirica's premium brand voice. Areas We Are Hiring For
• Creative & communication strategy: Set creative direction, brand storytelling and communication strategy across channels, and guide the content team.
• Performance marketing content (Meta + Google): Write ad copy, hooks, CTAs and scripts for Reels, UGC, video ads and carousels. Track CTR, engagement, conversion and ROAS, and run the content testing framework.
• Website and brand store communications: Own website copy, landing pages, banners and brand store content across channels.
• Product listings (all channels): Create and manage product titles, descriptions, bullets and A+ content on Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart and other marketplaces, optimised for search and conversion.
• Influencer marketing content: Build influencer briefs, creator scripts and campaign storylines, and keep creator content on-brand and performance-led.
• AI-led content and creative: Use AI tools to create images, video, copy and concepts at speed, while keeping luxury brand quality.
• Product marketing (RTB and packaging): Develop reasons to believe,



product claims and packaging communication that explain what makes each product special.

What You'll Do
• Create content and copy for Meta, Google, website, marketplaces and other digital channels
• Write scripts and concepts for Reels, UGC, video ads, static creatives and carousels
• Work closely with Performance Marketing, Creative, Brand and E-commerce teams
• Analyse CTR, engagement, conversion and ROAS to find winning messaging and formats
• Test hooks, storytelling angles, CTAs and formats to keep improving results
• Keep every piece of content consistent with Kimirica's premium brand voice What You Bring
• 3-10 years of experience in content, copywriting, creative or marketing
• D2C or e-commerce experience (mandatory), ideally in beauty, personal care, FMCG, lifestyle or luxury
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
• Understanding of Meta, Google and marketplace formats and digital consumer behaviour
• Ability to write short-form, conversion-focused content without losing a premium tone
• Comfort with performance data and consumer insights
• Solid communication, creative thinking and collaboration skills
• A portfolio of ad copies, scripts, listings, campaigns or creative work (preferred)
