About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Field Relationship Executive (FRE) to expand our vendor network. You will be the face of Clotricks on the ground, connecting with local fabric store owners and custom tailors to onboard them onto our platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Vendor Acquisition: Visit local fabric stores and tailor shops daily to pitch and onboard them to the Clotricks platform.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with onboarding partners.
• Partner Support & Training: Assist vendors with app setup, profile creation, and order management training.
• Market Intelligence: Gather field feedback,
competitor insights, and market trends to report to headquarters.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate daily logs of field visits and partner leads using our CRM software. Qualifications &
Requirements:
• 0–2 years of experience in field sales, vendor onboarding, or business development.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable with daily local field travel.
• Ability to speak the local language fluently.
• Knowledge of the fashion, fabric, or tailoring industry is a plus.
