Role Description This is a full time, on-site Social Media Executive role based in Panaji. The Social Media Executive will manage day-to-day social media activities, including planning and scheduling posts, monitoring platform performance, and engaging with online communities. The role involves crafting copy and visual briefs for social media content, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and supporting campaign development across various channels. The Social Media Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align social media messaging with overall brand and marketing goals,



track key metrics, and provide regular performance reports. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage, grow, and optimize brand presence across platforms.
• Candidates should possess effective Media Planning skills to support campaign scheduling, audience targeting, and content distribution strategies.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication and Writing skills to create engaging, concise, and brand-aligned social media content.
• Candidates should possess basic analytics and reporting skills, including familiarity with social media insights tools and performance tracking.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field are beneficial.
• Prior experience in managing brand social media accounts, ability to work on-site in Panaji, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to tasks are preferred.
